Shipping within the USA and Europe is a flat rate of $30. We ship via DHL, and shipping times are approximately 5-8 business days. We do not accept international returns, repairs, or resizes. You are responsible for taxes and duties assessed on delivery. We have no way of estimating what taxes & duties will be, as they vary greatly in each country. Please contact your local carrier for an accurate estimate.

We offer free 60 day returns from the date of delivery on orders in like-new condition within Europe - no questions asked. Kindly contact us directly to work out the details. **Orders for custom (including custom gold requests) or engraved pieces cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.** **Once a ring has been resized or exchanged for a different size, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.**
